For us the Customer is at the center of everything: for this reason if, within 14 days of delivery of the goods , you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request their return and obtain a refund of the purchase price.

Return procedure

To activate the return procedure, you must perform the following operations:

1) From the '' contacts '' page, send an email describing the reason for the return
2) Specify the purchase order number together with the code of the goods you intend to return and send
3) Once the email has been received, our staff will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization;
4) Ship the package within 14 days of receiving the goods. The responsibility for shipping the returned goods lies with the Customer.

There are various ways to return the goods:

- via a trusted national courier. The receipt must be kept until the refund is received.
- at any Poste Italiane office (it is preferable to use a traceable method or one which in any case requires the issuing of a receipt; normal or priority mail is not recommended). The receipt must be kept until the refund is received.

The costs of the return are borne by the Customer and vary depending on the rates applied by the appointed couriers or by Poste Italiane. It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Di Maiolo Biancheria reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered withholding it from the sums to be refunded. In case of acceptance of the return, the price will be refunded of the item excluding shipping costs.

Return conditions

In order for the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be respected:

1) The products must be intact;

2) The products must be in the same conditions as when shipped and must be packaged, if possible, using our packaging;

3) The goods must not have been used or, in any case, altered in any other way.

All documents received must be included in the package.

Finally, please note that, pursuant to Italian legislation, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.

Return processing

Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, Di Maiolo Biancheria will proceed with the refund. The Customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods. You are responsible for shipping costs and any customs clearance costs.
Once the return arrives in the warehouse, its contents are analyzed and the reason identified. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin.

SUBSTITUTIONS

ITEMS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NOT CONFORMING TO WHAT YOU ORDERED

If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Di Maiolo Biancheria undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos.
The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the premises, the replacement product will be sent.
The defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using the same packaging if possible, and inserting the appropriate copy of the sales document inside.
In the event of unavailability of the replacement product, Di Maiolo Biancheria will refund the buyer the entire amount of the order, including shipping costs. The refund will be paid by Di Maiolo Biancheria.
