SHIPPING

For shipments to Italy, Di Maiolo Biancheria will deliver the products to the couriers within 24-48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) from receipt of payment. Delivery times* are 24 hours for Italy, 48 hours for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands).

The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an email confirming shipment containing the tracking number to monitor delivery.

The cost of shipping costs is 7.90 euros per order regardless of the weight of the products, the number of products and the geographical area.

Only if you choose to pay on delivery, a supplement will be calculated, and in this case payment must be made only and exclusively in cash.

Attention: upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

- that the label affixed to the neck contains your name and surname

- that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.

In case of external damage (scratch, dent) or presence of signs of tampering, the Customer must sign the delivery note with ''specific reservation'' and enter the reason why you want to accept the package with reservation in the 'Notes' field. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance procedure in the event of disputes regarding the package. It is the buyer's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline, Di Maiolo Biancheria will no longer be responsible for damage and/or lack of material. ATTENTION: shipments to post office boxes are not made.

Return conditions

In order for the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be respected:

2) The products must be in the same conditions as when shipped and must be packaged, if possible, using our packaging;

If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Di Maiolo Biancheria undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos.

The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the premises, the replacement product will be sent.
